Virtual Nutrition Coaching
A personalized approach designed to support long-term progress, evolving with you as your needs and goals change.
60-Minute Initial Session $150
You’ll complete an intake form ahead of time, and we’ll use your 60-minute session to review everything in depth. During this session, we’ll explore your symptoms, health history, timeline, goals, and any challenges you’re navigating. This helps us start identifying patterns and determine the most effective next steps for you.
Functional Testing & Bloodwork
Available testing options to provide deeper insight and further personalize your plan.
Testing is used to better understand what’s happening in your body and identify patterns that may not be obvious from symptoms alone. Each option includes a detailed review of your results and a personalized plan designed to guide your next steps.
You’re welcome to move forward with any of the testing options below without booking an initial visit first. In that case, your first session will be used to review your results and walk through your personalized plan. If you’re unsure which testing is the best fit, an initial session can also help determine the most appropriate next steps based on your symptoms and goals.
What’s included with lab work & functional testing:
In-depth analysis of your results to identify patterns such as imbalances, inflammation, or underlying contributors to your health concerns
A personalized, step-by-step plan including targeted nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations
Review Session
Once your results are ready, we’ll meet for a 60-minute session to review your findings and walk through your plan together.
This session can be booked as:
A 60-minute initial session for new clients
A 60-minute follow-up session for current clients
Already have labs?
If you have recent bloodwork or functional testing (within the past 6 months), I’m happy to review those results and provide personalized recommendations for support and optimization.
Interpretation fees may apply and can vary depending on the number of tests and the level of analysis required.
Comprehensive Bloodwork Panel $365
Bloodwork can help identify underlying patterns that may be contributing to symptoms like low energy, digestive issues, inflammation, and more. It also allows us to personalize your nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations based on your individual needs.
Conventional lab ranges are often wide and focused on diagnosing disease, which can overlook more subtle imbalances. By using optimal ranges for interpretation, we’re able to identify areas for support earlier and tailor recommendations to help you feel and function your best, not just fall within a “normal” range.
Markers included:
Inflammation: hs-CRP
Blood sugar & metabolic function: glucose, insulin, A1c
Electrolytes
Kidney & liver function
Thyroid function: TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3, TPO & TG antibodies
Cardiovascular markers: lipid panel, ApoB, Lp(a), homocysteine, particle size
Iron status: TIBC, iron, ferritin
Nutrient levels: B12, folate, vitamin D, RBC magnesium, RBC zinc, copper, ceruloplasmin
Bloodwork can be customized based on your specific goals, concerns, and budget. Pricing may vary depending on the markers included and the level of analysis required.

Microbiome Stool Test $560
Stool testing provides a detailed look at your gut health, including digestion, inflammation, immune function, and the balance of your microbiome. Because the gut plays a central role in overall health, this information can be helpful not only for addressing symptoms like bloating, constipation, or food sensitivities, but also for optimizing energy, metabolism, immune function, and long-term wellness.
Who this is for:
Those experiencing digestive symptoms such as bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, or irregular bowel habits
Individuals with ongoing gut concerns like food sensitivities, inflammation, or a history of infections or antibiotic use
Anyone looking to better understand and optimize their gut health, even in the absence of symptoms
Those interested in a more personalized, root-cause approach to optimizing gut and overall health
*Not available for clients living in New York.

Who this is for:
Daily bloating, especially if it worsens throughout the day or after meals
Bloating or discomfort after fiber-rich foods, starches, sugars, or probiotics
Constipation, diarrhea, or alternating between the two
Excessive gas or noticeable lower abdominal distention

Functional medicine moves away from the traditional disease-centered focus of conventional medicine to provide a more patient-centered approach that addresses the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms. It aims to methodically and systematically identify the root causes of disease and imbalance and recognizes how all systems of the body are connected.
At the core of functional medicine is functional nutrition which focuses on using ‘food as medicine’ to support health and healing. Functional practitioners provide personalized therapeutic interventions that are unique to each person and involve using diet, targeted supplements, and supportive mind-body lifestyle practices to bring the body back into balance.
